Basic points:
* Altruism is a guarantee of perfect society based on famous Communist principle of 'working according to one's ability and receiving acc. to one's needs'.
- Any ideology needs basis that would turn it into binding, but education and Public Opinion is very weak basis for ideology, as a proof - example of Nazi Germany.
- Since, opinion of the majority always prevails, moral level of majority has to be raised to the level when it can be guaranteed that Repaired Communism would never crumble.
But, since quality of altruism is not inherent for the majority of humanity, immidiate implementation of such society is dangerous.
- As a basis we need to take Religion that would be based solely on faith in basic commandment:
"taking care of your neighbour for the sake of pleasing Creator" which has two aspects:
"Loving one's neighbour as yourself", namely taking care of the others before oneself, and "Loving G-d with all your heart, your soul and your wealth", which should serve as a motive-power for taking care of society;
On mystical aspect, this should come as a realization that we all are particles of the smae soul, which was divided into splinters as a result of desire to receive for the sake of egoism, rather than for the sake of pleasing Creator;
We should realize that all the abundance comes from G-d and only true satisfaction can be from connection with Him, which is only possible through unity of mankind to the point that we care for prosperity of our neighbours just as for our own prosperity;
On the other hand, if we refuse to enter in this covenant with Creator, then the nature and its laws will do their job and avange with appropriate vengeance, because this is how the nature was programmed by G-d...
Traditional Communism was based on principle of "mine is mine and yours is yours", which is the same principle as of Sdom, while Repaired Communism should be based on principle of "mine is yours and yours is yours", namely absolute altruism;
- Before society comes to such moral level, it is forbidden to nationalize personal property, because society won't have stimulus for working.
- If it is forbidden for an individual to manipulate his fellow man, then why a state is allowed to manipulate its members?
Therefore, the only solution to this can be establishment of International Communism; Because, if there are individuals who gained their prosperity as a result of extra diligence, or by chance, or through inheritance, who'd have to share their wealth, then the same would have to apply to nation-state as well; In other words, what kind of right has any nation on holding more resources than the others? Wealth should be shared on international level, may it be resources, production tools and in general prosperity; So, annulation of prosperity should be applied the nations, just as to individuals, and only then there can be real world peace;
- This process should be implemented gradually, namely when in certain nation majority will accept Religious Altruism and will start taking care of individuals needs of others, they would immidiately join International Communism, and all of its members would have the same quality of life.
- Religion will be shared ny member nations only with regards of economy and not in any other field...religious aspects apart from economy, or any ethnic cultures and traditions, should remain specific to each of the members of Int. Communism, and any attempts of cultural coercion should be excluded!
Religious Laws common to entire world:
1) Working for prosperity of entire mankind, until there will be no hunger or diseases;
2) Even if seperate individuals will prefer to work with more diligence than others, he won't receive more than his fellow;
3) Although Religion will be based on two above-mentioned cornerstones, additional signs of respect should be added for those who contribute more than the rest;
4) Anyone, who doesn't release the potential of their diligence for the sake of society, will be punished acc. to Society Laws;
5) There shall be High Court, and anyone wishing to contribute his strength to spiritual life, will have to receive proper permission for this from the court;
- It is forbidden to try to repair the world in terms of Religion, until guarantee and full establishment of economical repairment;
- Everyone wishing to join framework of this Communism will have to pledge their loyality that the motive for joining such societ is because it is Master of the Universe who commanded him to love his neighbour, and if he refuses and has no faith in him, he should promise that he doesn't pass his apostasy to his descendants, but if he rejects this option as well, then he shouldn't be accepted.

In the begining, small institution has to be created in which most of the people will be altruists acc. to above definition and work deligently acc. to their abilities and receive acc. to their needs;
It shall be miniature of real state, to the point that if this institution will include entire world, there won't be any need to change anything in the structure or leadership;
And this institution will become likeness of International Headquarters, that will be surrounded by nations and states from around the world. All joining framework of Communism shall have common plan with one central leadership, and the member nations will share all the profits, losses and expenses;
- It will be forbidden for any of the members on institution to use any legal institutions, such as police and the like that are part of Enforcement Government; But, all disagreements and contradictions will be solved withing the institution; Because otherwise Public Opinion, which always supports Egoism, shall defend the Judge in the charge of Enforcement Government, who will use rightfulness of the justified side for his personal benefit and in the damage of the other side and commune. Such judgement is opposite to altruism, which teaches that the person should be judged acc. to harshness of commited crime and not acc. to level of damage to society.
- The aim of Altruistic Communism is complete annulation of Enforcement Government, so that each person will behave acc. to his consciousness...and there is no point in disagreeing with it, because society doesn't beleive that children can be raised through explanation of spiritual values, but only through enforcement, so that each new generation grows as abiding zombies of Enforcement Government, without patience or opinion of their own...
But, children raised in Communes with the values of altruism, independent thinking and patience, wouldn't have the need in Enforcement Government;
And there is nothing more humiliating and damaging for human dignity and his Divine image than being subject of Enforcement Gov.
Individual Freedom has to be kept as long as it doesn't damage society, except those who wish to leave the coomune and go elsewhere.
And if there shall be any special cases, where someone will refuse to act acc. to these principles, he should be given explanation by experts that he may behave accordingly, and if this person is stubborn and still doesn't act accordingly than he should be isolated by society as if he's a leper, until he is compelled to accept Laws of the Society.

If you would live on an island full of barbarians, and you wouldn't be able to organize them with the laws, but only through the religion - would you hesitate to do so and leave them by themselves to their own self-destruction?
Similarily, our entire generation descended to barbarism of egoism and there is no yoke which would tame them except for religion..,
Three foundations for spreading the faith: 1) Satisfaction; 2) Proof; 3) Agitation;
1) Satisfaction: each and every person, even atheist, has unknown sparkle which requires (at least on unconscious level) unification with our source, with Creator; The fact that everyone has some kind of attitude towards G-d is a proof that everyone has desire to know G-d, including militant atheists, because if they wouldn't have desire to know G-d they wouldn't think about Him at all, but their very denial itself is subconscious desire to attain source of their existence...
And if the shall be found someone capable of satisfying the desire for knwoledge of G-d, people would be ready to give anything for this;
...in addition, we should consider topics such as Eternity of the Soul, Reward in the World to Come and also personal dignity by realization that we all are splendour of creation (which is direct opposite to Social Darwinism, BTW).
2) Proof that there is no endurance without G-d's benevolence...the actual proof being the threat of Nuclear Holocaust (Cold War did not seem enough, so now we have real chance of Islamic Fanatics acquiring N.Bomb...) ;
3) Agitation by reminding about all the suffering, poverty, corruption and wars, that can be solved only through Altruistic Communism.
As a result of realization of this, it will no longer be difficult for a person to devote his life for this purpose, certainly not for a young person, who didn't yet degenerate their hearts with their flaws...
What I mentioned beforehand regarding the need of establishing altruistic majority in order to implement Communism, doesn't necessarily mean that everyone should be devoted to altruism withing depth of their hearts, rather they should perform altruism as a part of faith/religion that this is only recipe for survival (adding to it Public Opinion as well).
It's not true that Ideology is a result of human nature or education. Only solid Ideology can be established through faith/religion, because there can be no morality beyong religion...religion being based on two cornerstones: "loving your neighbour" and "loving G-d with entire soul, heart and wealth"; The difference between Ideology and Religion is that ideologists have no basis for their action and they are not capable of convincing anyone that justice which they propone is obligated by ANYTHING! (Except, maybe for 'Weakness of the Heart', as Nietzsche put it); While, religious person is motivated by G-d's commandments and is ready to give up his life for it.
- Also important to mention that Altruistic Communism is alien to human spirit , therefore the most noble among the nations, namely Nation of Israel, have to accept its principles and demonstrate it to the entire world; This is not because Jews are greater ideologists than the rest of the peoples, but because they are most talented and have enough experience (not only historical) to make this leap.

Desire to receive is rooted in entire creation, and is only new element that was created by Creator, Creator Hilself being absolute perfection and serenity, with no desire to receive whatsoever, but only desire to share; Therefore, it is only egoism that seperate creation from Creator, and in order to annule this seperation we have to acquire the same qualities as Creator, namely altruism;
There are two paths for revelation of perfection:
Path of Torah and path of suffering.
That's why G-d brought us to Nuclear Age, so that if we refuse to chose the path of Torah voluntarily, then we'll have to go forcefully through path of suffering, then the few that survive WW3 will have no other choice but to work for the benefit of their neighbours and in such was establish Heaven on Earth...
Thus, principle of 'Equation of Qualities' (ours with that of Creator is called Torah of Mashiach, and regarding this it is written:
"And many nations shall go, and they shall say, "Come, let us go up to the Lord's mount and to the house of the God of Jacob, and let Him teach us of His ways, and we will go in His paths," for out of Zion shall the Torah come forth, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem."
"And he shall judge between many peoples and reprove mighty nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks;"
(Micah 4:2-3)
Namely that Mashiach will teach the nations how to equate their qualities with that Creator, namely Compassion, Altruism etc...
And these mighty nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the answer from Mashiach how they should escape these terrible wars, and he will teach them how to serve G-d properly.
